Hey everyone, I’ve been exploring new EC options in the East region and recently came across the upcoming Tampines Street 95 EC. The location looks pretty solid—close to amenities, schools, and future MRT connections. What really caught my attention though are the Tampines Street 95 EC Floor Plans. From what I’ve seen, the layouts seem quite practical with good use of space, especially for the 3- and 4-bedroom units. The living areas look open and bright, and I like that some of the larger units come with a utility room and yard area—which is great for families. I’m curious to know what others think.
