<p data-start="219" data-end="561">I recently came across the <em data-start="246" data-end="313">Boulevard Coast Showflat and thought I&rsquo;d start a thread here in case anyone else is considering it. It&rsquo;s one of the newer EC developments on the East Coast, and the location looks pretty solid &ndash; close to amenities, schools, and with some solid potential for future growth.

<p data-start="563" data-end="773">Has anyone visited the showflat or done a deep dive on the project? Would love to hear your impressions on the layout, pricing, and overall vibe. I&rsquo;m still doing my research but it&rsquo;s definitely on my shortlist.
